How we deliver
XAF is our published framework for connected architecture. A practical alternative to TOGAF, Zachman, and SABSA, designed for organisations that need rigour without the framework overhead. Governance from day one, six connected domains, modular adoption.
It’s the operating system behind every architecture, strategy, and transformation engagement we run. Free for any organisation to adopt independently. Hands-on if you’d like help applying it. We’re expanding XAF over time to also govern project delivery and portfolio management, so the way we run engagements is as consistent as the architecture we produce.

Pricing is per-user, per-month, with four tiers aligned to SMB1001 Bronze through Diamond. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
As your business scales, your vCIO depth grows with it. Quarterly strategy sessions become monthly. Security uplift, compliance work, and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness get prioritised alongside day-to-day operations.
Many clients add custom application work, automation, or focused security projects in this phase.
When you outgrow day-to-day managed IT and want to build internal capability, we engineer the handover. We document your environment, train your incoming team, and transfer ownership cleanly.
Most MSPs charge for offboarding. We don’t. Capability over dependency is how we design the relationship from day one.
