- 6S method

- 90 day roadmap
- A rolling plan of agreed priorities, owners and measures, reviewed monthly and extended as work is completed.
- AI Implementation Partnership
- InnovateX Solutions' ongoing engagement that combines fractional Chief AI Officer leadership with role-specific training, coaching and implementation support, at A$14,500 a month excluding GST.
- AI use policy
- A short document that sets which AI tools staff may use, what data those tools can see and where a person must check the output.
- ASD Essential Eight
- Eight prioritised mitigation strategies published by the Australian Signals Directorate to protect organisations against common cyber threats.
- Company brain
- A structured set of approved business documents, rules and templates that AI tools use as context, so their results reflect how your business works.
- Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO)
- A part-time executive accountable for an organisation's AI agenda, from choosing where to invest through implementation, adoption and governance.
- Fractional CIO
- A senior technology executive who works with a business part-time on a monthly retainer, owning strategy, governance, vendors and technology risk without a full-time salary.
- Fractional CTO
- A part-time chief technology officer who leads architecture, engineering and product technology decisions, usually for businesses building software.
- ICTSS.2403
- The Queensland Government ICT Professional Services panel. Suppliers on it can be engaged by agencies under pre-agreed terms.
- Infrastructure as code
- Defining cloud infrastructure in version-controlled code so it can be reviewed, repeated and audited, instead of configuring it by hand.
- ISM
- The Australian Government Information Security Manual, which sets the cyber security controls for government systems.
- Local Buy LB308 and LB334
- Local Buy procurement panels for councils and eligible bodies. LB308 covers ICT solutions and services and LB334 covers recruitment and labour hire.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness
- Preparing a Microsoft 365 tenant for Copilot by checking permissions, data classification and sharing so the assistant can't surface information people shouldn't see.
- PROTECTED
- An Australian Government security classification for information whose compromise could cause damage. Systems that handle it need specific controls.
- SMB1001
- An Australian cyber security certification for small and medium businesses. InnovateX Solutions holds SMB1001 Gold.
- Virtual CIO (vCIO)
- Another name some providers use for a fractional CIO. The service is the same, senior technology leadership delivered part-time.
- XAF Connected Architecture
