02How a session works

How a session works

Every session follows the same four steps, whether it is one person online or a whole team in the room.

  1. 1

    Bring your tasks

We start with your own quotes, invoices or documents.

  2. 2

    Practise on real work

We work through those tasks in ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.

  3. 3

    Agree the human checks

We agree what a person must check before the AI output is used.

  4. 4

    Measure whether it helps

We agree how you'll tell whether AI is helping with each task.

04Company brain

What we help you build

Training can go past single tasks to a company brain. It holds what your business knows and how it does things, in one place your team's AI assistants read from.

  1. 1

    Shared company layer

Who you are, who can approve what, your services and prices, your customers and your brand voice.

  2. 2

    Department maps

For each department, a folder of facts and inputs and a folder of processes, outputs and approvals.

  3. 3

    Rules and safeguards

What each assistant may read, and the rule that a person approves anything that leaves the business.

  4. 4

    Owned and current

Every source carries an owner, a version and a review date, so answers can cite where they came from.

Who is the training for?

Individual training suits one person working on their own tasks. In-house training is for leadership or admin teams. InnovateX Academy also runs webinars, workshops and masterclasses.

Do we need technical skills?

No coding is needed. Sessions start from tasks your people already do, such as quoting, invoice review and document drafting. You can talk through your starting point on the free 30-minute call.

Which AI tools do you cover?

ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. Practice is built around your own tasks rather than generic demos.

Is training online or on-site?

Individual training is online. Todd runs in-house team training on-site or online. Academy listings include online workshops and an in-person masterclass in Brisbane.

Can government agencies and councils buy it?

Yes. Agencies and councils can engage InnovateX through the Queensland ICTSS.2403 panel or Local Buy.

What is a company brain?

A shared, owned set of your business knowledge and processes that AI assistants read from. Every source has an owner, and each task only sees the information it needs. Training can cover building and maintaining your own.

What is the difference between training and the AI Implementation Partnership?

Training sessions are for practising tasks, agreeing human checks and measuring whether AI helps. The AI Implementation Partnership adds coaching for internal champions and hands-on implementation support. It is A$14,500 a month for organisations with A$10 million to A$200 million in annual revenue.
