InnovateX Solutions was founded in late 2024 by Todd Johnson after over a decade of hands-on experience across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and digital transformation — including extensive work with Queensland Government departments and agencies.

After years of watching businesses get locked into overpriced contracts with providers who treated IT as a commodity, Todd built InnovateX to be the kind of IT partner he’d want if he were sitting on the other side of the table: technically excellent, genuinely transparent, and focused on outcomes over billable hours.

We’re not a startup pretending to be enterprise. We’re experienced architects and engineers who chose to build something better — a company that brings government and enterprise-grade capability to businesses of all sizes, without the corporate runaround.
